Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba has Tuesday filed prospectus for a ‘granddady’ of all technology initial public offerings (IPOs) in the history of United States. Alibaba’s filing of its documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission in US is just the first step in a process that will take several months before Alibaba's stock is listed.
