Which cable customers saw the best boost in their Netflix streams?
Mediacom customers in the Midwest received a 74% jump in their streams.
Likewise, Comcast and AT&T subscribers witnessed increases in their Netflix stream.
Verizon FiOS, Cablevision, and Brighthouse were already the fastest providers of Netflix, however, with the recent jump, their streams got even faster.
As speed increases, though, so may prices.
In May, Netflix bumped the cost of their monthly service by $1.
Previous subscribers are grandfathered in to the $7.99 for a limited time.

Cable providers in unison assert that Netflix should pay for the large amounts of bandwidth that their service consumes.
In response to that, Netflix and similar services say that cable companies are not doing enough to improve their infrastructure by broadening their video streaming pipelines.
