Who Will Win the World Cup?

Brazil 2014

With the football World Cup starting this week, all the questions of corruption and discontent in the host nation can fade a little to be replaced with the burning question: who will win the World Cup? The format of the tournament is simple: there are 32 team split across 8 groups.  Each team plays the other three in the group and the top two from each group go through to the next round.  While there are some teams in there that are considered a little less likely to win, there are plenty of … [Read more...]

Home-cooking continues to be the trend of this year’s Western Conference Finals, as the Spurs dominated the Thunder in San Antonio Thursday night, 117-89. The last 14 matchups between the Heat and Pacers have been split down the middle, with both teams winning seven games. Moreover, the average margin of victory in those games has been less than two points. So this series should indeed … [Read more...]

It appears that a simple fishing trip a few Indiana Pacer players took last week has paid major dividends for their play on the court.
