German Chancellor Angela Merkel has said that the solution for the migrant crisis in Europe is still some way off and the way it is handled will have a serious impact on the continent for the foreseeable future. Lowering Blood Pressure under 120 Reduces Risks of Heart Disease

Recent findings from a study by the National Institutes of Health has shown that it can be worthwhile treating patients whose blood pressure falls into the ‘grey zone’ between 120 and 140 often referred to as the pre-hypertension area. Russian Jets Head to Syria after US Talks

Powerful Earthquake Strikes Chile Triggering Tsunami Fears

A powerful 8.3 magnitude earthquake has been registered in Chile and has created a 16 feet high wave, triggering fears of a tsunami as far away as California and meaning over 1 million people have had to be evacuated. New Human-like Species Found in South African Cave

Scientists have found the remains of a new human-like species in a cave system in South Africa that may be a burial chamber.  There are 15 partial skeletons in the spot, the largest single discovery of this nature on the continent and could, according to those responsible for the find, change our ideas of our ancestors. Neolithic Stones Near Stonehenge Could be Largest Found

The famous standing stones of Stonehenge are familiar the world around as one of the most outstanding Neolithic remains we know.  But now scientists working around the site have discovered that it is actually a mere part of a larger site, destined to be the largest Neolithic monument discovered in Britain. Jubilant Scenes as Migrants Reach Austria

There were cheers and jubilant scenes as busloads of migrants finally reached the border between Hungary and Austria early Saturday.  Weary and clutching their new meagre belongings, the migrants left the buses in the rain and walked over the border to Nicklesdorf, where waiting locals cheered.  Convoy buses were waiting for them with food and supplies along with the Austrian Red Cross who has medical supplies and blankets. Chaotic Scenes in Hungary as Migrant Crisis Worsens

There have been scuffles to the west of the Hungarian capital of Budapest as police tried to get a group of migrants to leave a train at a refugee camp as the migrant crisis across Europe continues to worsen.  The police ordered journalists to leave the area amid the chaotic scenes as they declared it an ‘operation zone’.
